Use cases
This chapter describes the processes taking place in Verestro Goals from the point of view of your users.
Create new goal
The user in the Goals
section of the mobile app creates a New Goal
. To create savings goal, user needs to give it a name, select a category and specify the target amount needed to collect for the goal. As a result, an additional balance is created for user that is assigned to the savings goal.
After creating a goal, the user has the ability to: check the history of a given goal TRANSACTIONS
, contribute money to the goal TOP UP
, reduce the amount already credited WITHDRAW
, delete the goal DELETE GOAL
.
Top up goal
In order to credit the balance assigned to the savings goal, a debit
is made on the user's chosen balance, and then on the goal balance – credit
.
The user manually selects the amount that want to transfer to the goal balance and the balance that want to debit. Goal balance is credited instantly.
Reduce goal
User can transfer funds placed in the goal balance to the other balance. The debit
is executed on the goal balance, and then the credit
on the chosen balance. Withdraw is executed immediately.
Delete goal
The user can resign from the savings goal. To delete chosen goal balance, it is necessary to transfer manually all funds from the goal balance to user's chosen balance. The user can use the deletion of a goal both if he has resigned from saving for a given goal and when he has collected the necessary amount for it. The user can then use these funds from the main balance using the available transfer method.
History
The user can check the history of operations performed in the context of a specific savings goal.
