This chapter describes the processes within the Fee Management System from both the Customer's and end user's perspectives.

Instant Fee Charging

FMS allows setting up pricing to instantly calculate and deduct fees from an end-user’s balance.

This feature requires that the user's balances are managed by or integrated with Antaca (Verestro’s card management system).

Fee Collection & Reporting

FMS enables setting up pricing to calculate fees without immediate charging.
Fees are aggregated into reports which can be downloaded by administration panel operator.

Cashback

A card benefit that refunds a percentage of the purchase amount to the cardholder. Used to incentivize spending and reward customer loyalty.
