Use Cases

This chapter describes the processes within the Fee Management System from both the Customer's and end user's perspectives.

Charging fees instantly

FMS allows to setup the pricing which will be responsible for calculating the fee for a defined service and instantly deducting the funds from the balance or payment card of the end-user who initiated the transaction.  

This feature is available only when end-users' balances/payment cards are stored on Antaca's side or are exetrnal, but integrated with Antaca balances (our Verestro's card management system).

Collecting fees & reports generating

FMS allows to setup the pricing which ill be responsible for calculating defined fees for specific services without actually enforcing payment. A report can be generated from the calculated fees, and then an invoice can be issued.

Cashback

Payment card benefit that refunds the cardholder a small percentage of the amount spent on a particular purchase. It is an effective way to incentivize spending and reward customers for their loyalty.
